Steven Dorf as Chief Executive Officer of FastTrack Communications, holds responsibility for the profitable operation of the FastTrack organization. In his 20 year career in the competitive telecommunications industry, he has successfully served in increasingly challenging leadership roles with some
of the largest and well capitalized communications services providers. Prior to joining FastTrack, Mr. Dorf served as Vice President and General Manager of Time Warner Telecom, a leading National provider of Voice and Data Communications services to business. Mr. Dorf has also served in leadership roles with Intermedia Communications, Qwest Communications, and Metropolitan Fiber Systems, a pioneer in the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier industry.

Jason Lawton is Senior Director of Network Operations. Prior to joining FastTrack, Jason started as a Network Technician then promoted to Supervisor of Network Operations with Qwest Communications and moved to Area Plant Manager with CenturyTel for a total of 18+ years in the industry . He has managed and served large geographic areas for regulated voice, data and broadband services. Jason supports the FastTrack service and quality standards on a daily basis. His vast knowledge of OSP and fiber networks help make FastTrack an industry recognized carrier class provider of data transport and voice services in the Four Corners area.
Steve Hendrickson is Director of Transport and Services. In this role Steve is responsible for all physical layer Engineering and distribution on the FastTrack network. In his 19 years in the Telecommunications Industry Steve has held various management positions at LDDS WorldCom, Electric Lighwave, Computer Network Consultants, and most recently CenturyTel, where he was responsible for all operations in Eastern Colorado. Steve also held a Senior Sales Engineering position at Objective Systems Integrators, supporting sales efforts of a robust software platform designed to manage Communications Networks.

Kelly Hebbard as Director of Business Operations of FastTrack, has 22-years of experience in corporate business management. She has been employed in the technology-based telecommunications industry since 1999. She is responsible for management of the organizations business operations, sales and marketing.
John Monday is Director of Voice Services. In this role, John is responsible for voice design, engineering, provisioning, and operations. Prior to joining FastTrack, John was the design and engineering lead for all products and services related to a regional facilities-based CLEC serving local markets in Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee, and Kentucky. In the 15 years of industry experience John has provided tier II, III daily operations support and translations engineering to include routing updates, test and turn-up, SMS800 management, network forecasting and expansion, SIP integrations and integration support for IP Telephony deployments using Cisco's AVVID solution. Also, as a Senior Network Engineer, John was responsible for maintaining the regional ISP network. John graduated from Roosevelt University with a B.S. in E.E.T and holds multiple industry certifications including Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) and Nortel Certified Technology Expert (NCTE).

Erich Hennig, IP Network Engineer. Erich has worked as an IP Network and VoIP engineer for several Fortune 100 companies and the federal government over the last 9 years. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
