A Private Colorado and New Mexico Telecom Company with Community Roots
Top 50 Companies to Watch Winner
Building out a fiber optic Internet network for rural communities earned FastTrack recognition as a Colorado Company to Watch. FastTrack was heralded for its commitment to rural communities and contributions to the economic health of La Plata and Montezuma counties.
The Region’s Only Fiber Optic-Based Local Internet Company
As the only locally owned and managed fiber optic-based internet provider in the region, FastTrack operates and maintains its own advanced optical equipment and fiber optic network. We’ve been delivering new and unique telecom products to organizations of all sizes at competitive prices since 2002.
Created by Public Entities to Serve Locals
FastTrack Communications was formed in 2002 by two rural electrical cooperatives—La Plata Electric Association and Empire Electric Association—to bring state-of-the-art telecommunications to underserved rural areas. Our technology powers local businesses, community institutions and communications carriers at very reasonable rates throughout Colorado and New Mexico.
We remain locally owned and operated, with corporate headquarters in Durango, Colorado.
